The attic overlooks a terrace equipped with table dominated by a tarpaulin parasol. In this area is particularly indicated to have dinner. The three bedrooms (two doubles plus a single) are located on the internal part of the house, so they are very quiet.
The house is located in the town, about 400 metres from the Centre and from the Port. The main beaches (Giunco, Girin, Punta Nera, Guidi, La Bobba, Le Colonne, Il Lucchese, La Caletta, La Conca, Cala Vinagra, La Punta) are from 2 to 8 Km away from the house (average time: 6-7 minutes)
